  • Cobourg Professional Group – King Street Medical Centre, Cobourg, ONProject Manager of design/build of 40,000 sq. ft. King Street
    Medical Centre, complete with leasehold improvements for all tenants. Responsibilities included budget control and cost estimating of projects; prepared site plan applications and building permits; changed designs to meet preset budgets; hired and supervised architects and engineers during design and construction; prequalified and invited subcontractors to tender projects; acted as the general contractor for all projects; and acted as client representative at meetings with city planners, engineers, council, committees and general public. (1996-1998) Value: $6,500,000. (1996-1998)
  • King Street Condominium, Cobourg, ON – Project Manager of design/build 3-storey 9-unit luxury condominium project with underground parking for 18 vehicles ($3,000,000). Project consisted of block walls and hollow core precast structural floor panels.
    Responsibilities included budget control and cost estimating of project; prepared site plan applications and building permits; changed designs to meet preset budgets; hired and supervised architects and engineers during design and construction; prequalified and invited subcontractors to tender projects; acted as the general contractor for project; and acted as client representative at meetings with city planners, engineers, council, committees and general public.  (1996-1998)
  • Private Clients, Cobourg Ontario 2 Executive homes ($1,200,000). Responsibilities included budget control and cost estimating of project;prepared site plan applications and building permits; changed designs to meet preset budgets; hired and supervised architects and engineers during design and construction; prequalified and invited subcontractors to tender projects; acted as the general contractor for project.
  • Victoria College, Cobourg, ON – Project Manager – Obtained site plan approval for 400-unit seniors’ development. (1996-1998). The cornerstone for the building that now houses Victoria Retirement Living was laid June 7, 1832. The building then housed the Upper Canada Academy, eventually became the University of Toronto.  ).  Responsibilities included hiring and supervising architects and engineers during design concepts; and acted as client representative at meetings with city planners, engineers, council, committees and general public.
